Not really familiar with what gets a school put in special measures, so curious to hear if I'm misinterpreting this - is it common for schools to launch a legal challenge against an Ofsted rating? They seem to have accepted some of the comments but surely the ones they've accepted are poor enough to warrant the special measures rating?
