To run with laryngitis

I've had laryngitis for a month today and I'm going crazy because I haven't run since I've had it. Would it be ok for me to go? Physically I feel ok, bit of a cough but apart from that just sound really hoarse? I need to run for my mental health and it's driving me nuts!!!

I swear by running when I’ve got a cold, just take it easy to start with.

As long as you feel ok in yourself I’d say it’s fine

I’ve had a bout of laryngitis that lingered for months before! After the initial illness that triggered it was over I felt perfectly well in myself I just had no voice. I did everything I’d normally do that didn’t require me to speak above a hoarse whisper

Take it easy if you’re coughing but otherwise enjoy!

Fab, I'll give it a go then, I did try last week and failed miserably lol, I was running 10k in September, I fear I may not even be able to do 5k! X
