DP family for every gift agreed £15
So everyone including new partners £15

So Christmas I got £5 spent on me!

I find this upsetting and hurtful.
All of DP partner as far as he knows always got £15 birthday - Christmas!

Why am I any different?

DP DB partner has from Day one had spent £15/20 on her?

DP like I don’t know! They skint!
Yet Christmas fed 10 people!
And manages to spoil kids rotten!
They never spent less on any other of DP partners? DP ex was with her 3 months - and she got £15 on Christmas - me DP been together a year in November??

Was the 5 pound present something you liked? If not, I would be upset at the lack of thought rather than the amount. I wouldn't mention it though unless it was part of a bigger issue with their attitude towards me.
