Arm falling asleep

Does anyone ever get the feeling that their arm is falling asleep its so strange its like the feeling you get when you bang your funnybone. Dont want to bother doctors plus its so hard to get the of him. Any ideas

Yes i get this, look up cubital tunnel syndrome to see if the symptoms fit but so see a GP.
I think mine is made worse when I use my phone a lot.
