To ask what this tablet is

I dropped something under the bed and when using my slider I found this tablet. I take various medications but nothing that looks like this. It’s really bugging me, does anyone recognise it.

Google suggests Clomifene citrate.

Googled it :
Clomifene Tablets contain a medicine called clomifene
citrate. This belongs to a group of medicines called
ovulation stimulants. It works by stimulating the release of
eggs from the ovary (ovulation).
Clomifene Tablets are used for some types of infertility, in
women who are not ovulating properly.

According to google it’s Clomifene which looks like a treatment for women who don’t ovulate? I’m not a pharmacist or doctor though!

Thank you , must be nearly six years old. I clearly didn’t pay too much attention to them at the time.

No it was definitely me, I just have a crap memory. Ironically due to all the medication I take.
