Bin Laden is still dead - any good?

We don't get any bin collections here at all.

Our new next door neighbors don't put their bins out. Been here since December.
No idea what they are doing with their rubbish or why?

Four weeks my recyclings been out.
Four weeks. No collections.

My street looks like a shanty town.

Ours was collected this morning.

If we forget to put the bin in the street, they take the bin from the garden and still empty our bin!!

Our recycling box disappeared a few weeks ago. It was on bin day and some of the neighbours have lost theirs as well. I think the council took them. I suspect we might be being punished for something, but we don't know what. We did grow lettuce in it once, but that was a couple of years ago.

NDNs bin is still out in the street since being emptied yesterday morning.
