Experience with teletext holidays

Does anyone have any experience with teletext? I found fab prices, but that's the problem. Too good to be true. And terrible reviews on Trip Advisor. Are they really that bad..?

Found a fab all inclusive deal on teletext in Portugal, trip advisor reviews werent that great but we had a brilliant time and was much better than expected

I’ve used them 3 times and never had a problem. The only thing you need to remember is the really cheap prices they quote are mainly at times no one wants to go so it will be more expensive for decent dates

I found quite cheap Barcelona for October half term (£188 pp, AI, for 7 nights is cheap, right?) And started reading all those negative posts... Literally no positive ones. Mainly about not being able to get anywhere with complaints. Or being booked on non existing flight.
