I have been taking HRT for 7 months (Elleste Duet 2mg).
My GP has said that after 12 months on these, he will change me to a no bleed HRT.
I am 55 next month,and was having regular natural periods until starting on these tablets last July.
Now I have a regular monthly bleed on the current tablets.
I understand that no bleed HRT is for women who have not had a period for at least 12 months.
But how does my doctor know that I would not still be having a regular natural period, if I wasn't having the bleeds associated with my current HRT?
