Returning to playschool

My 3 yo dd woke lethargic on Tuesday past and refused breakfast, then crawled back into bed, so I kept her home from playschool. She vomitted, then slept for 2 hours but was sleepy all day, off her food etc.
Wed morning, she's her perky self and we had an easy day, with a view to return to nursery Thurs morn (48hr post vomit)
Thurs came and she was unable to get out of bed, really tired and still not eating (still taking water, dilute etc) plus cold hands, low temp and blazing cheeks.
We have been to the doc, there are no other symptoms that would indicate infection or cold etc.
Its now been 5 days and she hasn't gotten worse or better, just very tired and off her food.
I will book the Gp again tomorrow but what about playschool? Will I take her?
I'm a Sahm, so it's fine for her to be home but she isnt 'sick' and misses it.
Is there something I've missed? Does anyone have any advice?

I would send her back in honesty.

My dd had similar and also had a very 'swollen' stomach (happened a lot before this) and was vomiting and lethargic. We stopped giving her dairy and that massively helped Smile

BumbleeBeeMe

This is her first time showing these symptoms- I would never have thought about dairy as she has always had it with no issues but thank you. She is itching to see her friends- I will see what the morning brings.
