I have an adult DSS who has DSS7 and DD2. Whenever we see them he is always shouting at both kids telling them to "behave or you'll get a sore bum". He shouts this at them all the time, and I do mean shouts.
I come from a very quiet (and calm) family so we just don't speak to each other like this but what should I do?
I've spoken to DH about it, and he's spoken to DSS who just says the kids don't listen to him so they deserve it. I don't think he ever actually follows through on the threats, although I don't know for certain. WWYD?
