It’s so satisfying vacuuming the floor and seeing all the dust, dirt and bits that you’ve sucked up accumulate in the clear drum of my Dyson. AIBU to really enjoy this?

I love it! I'm always amazed at how much my cats can shed and still be super fluffy!

My mums got an air ram and I get really excited opening the little door on that too 😂

Hoovering up the Christmas tree needles was the best

I have a green machine spot cleaner for carpets and upholstery , it is amazingly satisfying watching the filth accumulate

I've just discovered a filter on my hoover that I didn't know was there. Today I've enjoyed seeing how much more grot I've accumulated that I've probably been missing for months weeks.

I used to vacuum the mattress just so I could look at the accumulation of skin. Most satisfying! Just corrected a typo from mistress to mattress. Now that would have been weird.

Yup, I have a Vax vacuum cleaner and it has a see through dust drum and I love looking when it's empty as it fills.
I also love emptying the dirty water from the tank in the carpet cleaner at work, and seeing how much muck I've got out of the carpet, very satisfying ☺️

Yes I do, but I absolutely hate emptying it into the bin, all the bits of crap float up into the air

DP is obsessed with his dyson, and with his new DustBuster acquired on Black Friday that also has a clear tank thing. He did a big smile when I showed him the title of this thread! I never really get to use them though, hoovering is DPs absolute favourite cleaning task.

I have a Henry and I desperately wish they’d make a see through one so I could see the junk! My friend has a shark and it’s so satisfying 😬

When I brought home our new Dyson I was appalled at the amount of dust and muck in our carpet 😳 one of my favourite weekly cleaning tasks is hoovering the whole house, I see if I can get less dust (therefore a cleaner house) than the week before.

I’ve found my people! Carpets must be even more satisfying than floorboards!

Oh but what about when you use a carpet shampooing machine and pour the dirty water away?! So satisfying!

I like when I tumble fluffy towels that the filter shows a combination of the colour of the towels, sometimes in a nice swirly pattern!
