To be annoyed I'm a Slytherin?

I did the questionnaire on Pottermore and got Slytherin. I feel cheated...I saw myself as pure Gryffendor...Ravenclaw at a pinch 😀

I'm in Ravenclaw and my patronus is a dolphin. Bit gutted about the dolphin as I've never been able to see them the same after that thread on here about how evil they are.

If you want to re-sort, just close your account then reopen a new one. No need to change your email address or anything.

I did it because I was originally sorted into Hufflepuff and that was the only house I could not bear to be in. Hufflepuff just seems lame.

Finally got my Patronus. Lynx.
And my Ilvermorny House is Pukwudgie.

Hufflepuff and basset hound. Not impressed

Griffindor and with a Borzoi patronus. I feel majestic

Ilvermorny house is Horned Serpent! Very similar to Ravenclaw, it seems.

YABU. Nothing wrong with being a Slytherin.

DD is a Ravenclaw and when DH (reluctantly as he’s not a HP fan) took the quiz he was a Gryffindor.

I have a Slytherin t shirt and Slytherin socks. I’m quite happy about it to be honest as green goes well with my red hair and I do have a bit of a dark side - typical Scorpio traits, dark sense of humour etc. When I was doing the quiz I was hoping for Ravenclaw or Slytherin as I just don’t see myself as a Huffelpuff or a Gryffindor.

My wand is ‘Larch wood with a Phoenix feather core 12 ¼" and Surprisingly Swishy flexibility’ - not sure what that all meens but doesn’t sound too bad.

I’m a Pottermore Gryffindor with a ginger cat patronus.

I’d kill for a guinea pig patronus! That is so me. I’d use a normal sized pig for normal use (sending a message etc) and when dementors attack it’d be the guinea pig form from millions of years ago - they used to be the size of bulls!

I may have though about this a lot.

I’m spending this year as a Slytherin though. I’m doing a cross stitch challenge in a Facebook group and we all got sorted. There’s stitchy challenges and book challenges and we earn house points to try to win the house cup.

It IS as geeky as it sounds. 😂

I'm a Ravenclaw but always wanted to be Slytherin!!!

But actually given that the Ravenclaw traits are "Intelligent, wise, sharp, witty, individual" I'd say that's a fairly accurate description of me!

My patronus is a Newfoundland and my wand walnut (because I'm intelligent of course!) with a dragon heartstring (the most power, and which are capable of the most flamboyant spells!)

After reading this thread I de-regged my Pottermore, as DS did half the answers and I had Gryffindor. I'd answered the Patronus questions myself and got a sodding Bassett Hound!!

Have re-regged and done the Qs again properly and am now Hufflepuff with a Stoat patronus - totally fine with that!

I did it back in the early days of pottermore and was a slytherpuff! A slytherin hufflepuff hatstall. I chose slytherin. They updated website in last few years and I retook it and am now a ravenclaw apparently. Love my patronus though- a ragamuffin cat

Hmm well I’ve just done a buzzfeed sorting test & I’ve come out Gryffindor again. May have to stop sulking

Yabu- I’m a slytherin and I even have my house socks and t shirt. Snape was a Slytherin and he was the bravest, most devoted man in the whole series, not to mention being such a good legilimens that he fooled Voldemort, who was meant to be the greatest legilimens that ever lived.

I came up as a Hufflepuff. I felt embarassed.

My Patronus is a King Cobra. It's ususual apparently.

I'm a Gryffindor with a fox terrier as my Patronus. Suits me perfectly, actually.

I actually think dating a Hufflepuff could be pretty awesome. I'm trying to persuade my new boyfriend to sign up toPottermore, but he hasn't got a clue what I'm talking about! This is important!

I haven’t read any Harry Potter books or know anything really about it all yet I still just registered to find out what house I’d be in

Of course, it means very little to me now I do know but in case I’m ever asked, I can say I am in Hufflepuff and have a dolphin patronus. I’m not happy with the dolphin as it seems cruel for it to not be in water and the vegan in me kind of thinks using animals is mean anyway. Same with the unicorn hair in my wand-hoping it is from hair that has naturally fallen out.

I’m tempted to start at the beginning and read the whole lot after this. But also thinking if I wait a couple of years I could read them to my children too...

Wtf wouldn’t you want to be Slytherin? The rest are duffers.

I was disappointed to get Gryffindor. I don't want to be a cliche!
