To be annoyed I'm a Slytherin?

I did the questionnaire on Pottermore and got Slytherin. I feel cheated...I saw myself as pure Gryffendor...Ravenclaw at a pinch 😀

I'm a hufflepuff. I knew, when I was answering the questions, that I was choosing all the 'hufflepuff' answers - but they were the right answers damnit! I didn't want to game it and cheat (because ... hufflepuff.)

I've come to terms with it. I'm quite a proud Hufflepuff these days - I retook the quiz recently and was actually relieved that it still put me there. The common room sounds really nice - it suits my tastes much more than the other three common rooms. But to get into it you have to tap a rhythm on the wine barrels. This is supposed to be the easiest form of entry to a Hogwarts common room because it never changes (the rhythm is tapping 'helga hufflepuff') but I have no sense of rhythm whatsoever so ... I think I would spend a lot of my time getting sprayed in vinegar and locked outside until someone a bit more coordinated took pity on me. (probably wouldn't have to wait too long for someone to be nice, though, because ... hufflepuff.)

My patronus is a dappled mare and my wand is English oak and phoenix feather. I'm fine with both - I'm glad I got a big patronus ... though I wanted something a bit more majestic and exotic than a patchy horse.

Very proud Ravenclaw here with a bloodhound patronus. DH is a Gryffindor but I'm more inclined to think he's a muggle that got lucky. He's definitely a squib anyway.

The patronus thing isn't working for me. Are you supposed to tap the one you want?

I just joined and got Hufflepuff! Not amused. I logged out and did it again with different questions and STILL got Hufflepuff. Harrumpf! My patronus is an Ibizan Hound ( whatever the feck that is).
My North American house is Transformer which is for all the adventurers and travellers - which I'm quite chuffed about as it's right!

But nothing, nothing is worse than hufflepuff. Nothing.

I was upset to be a Hufflepuff (my db is Gryffindor and constantly takes the mick), I did the test twice and came back Hufflepuff again. Now I've accepted it, I rather like yellow.

Patronus is a grass snake though.

I'm a Gryffindor and my patronus is a Russian Blue Cat, very lucky and happy with both.

I’m not a HP but either but was curious. I felt sure I’d be a Ravenclaw and I’m now cross to be a Gryffindor.

Hufflepuff here too. DS was so horrified to get Hufflepuff he re-did the quiz until he got Ravenclaw

Yeah now I think about it I'd be even more upset to be Hufflepuff

I’m a Gryffindor. I always knew I was really!

Ds and I are both Hufflepuffs, which he is happy with. Me, not so much! We both have a lynx as our patronuses which is pretty cool though (and strange that we got the same one).

DH and I are both Ravenclaws and fit the stereotype completely. I've always suspected DS1 was a Slytherin and it turns out he is. He's thrilled and now wants all the merch. DS2 is too young but he's probably a Hufflepuff.

It doesn't matter how many times I do it or how nice I try and make my answers I'm always Slytherin. It just knows me! Actually I think it's a pretty cool house, Snape is one of my favourite characters. Greyhound patronus.
