Has anyone used wowcher and had to return anything,
I recently bought a teddybear coat, real value,[or so it said] £49,
The coat is very poor quality, and the size isnt true, i am a size 10, and its more like a 14
I rang wowcher to ask how to return it as there was no invoice or statement etc in the parcel,only to be told i had to contact the company who sold it,
Their website has a contact us on it, but is uncontactable,
Wowcher said to send a separate email,which i have done
I assumed it had to be sent back to wowcher, didnt realise they only supplied a voucher, still waiting for a reply,
The parcel has a returns address on it, but i dont want to return that way and they say they didnt receive it
Anyone else had this problem,
I wont be using Wowcher again, thats for sure
