So I've been briefly speaking to a potential new boss. He contacted me via email, said could he call me, and I said yes and we had a 'telephone interview' type of thing.
He told me before we hang up that he would be then progressing the process further by contacting those chosen as shortlisted via email.
However, I've just noticed this morning, his email picture is no longer there 
For example, when you get an email from him, on Google Mail it's either an initial of the person or their picture. His picture was there yesterday, but today I've looked and it's been taken off.
Could this be because he's removed me from a contacts list or something?
