To think hairdressers have ruined my hair? Will include pic

I started today with really dark brown hair.
I went to salon and asked for caramel balayage.
This is how I've ended up..
It's awful isn't it?

FWIW I went to loads of chain salons and found them all shit with colour, somehow even the colour directors couldn’t deal with my very dark / wanted to be balayaged hair

The best salon there is for balayage (IMO!) is Taylor Taylor at Liberty in london

Ah I live 5 hours from London or I would have had a try.

Your hair does look a lot better in the last pic but it looks more like an ombre than a balayage.
This is my balayage but this took 3 appointments and a colour correction to achieve.

Can you use Olaplex at home? Where do you buy it?
