To complain and make dr appointment for Javelin arse pain.

Last few months - mid cycle bleeding and pain - this month / huge mid cycle pain and lot of bleeding. No idea what's going on with me - the pain is like as if you say on a javelin ! Literally !

I'm 40yrs old. Didn't think I'd have this drama yet !

Anyone had the same ?

I used to have monthly javelin arse experiences when I had PCOS. It's gone now thanks to low carb so I don't get it any more.

YANBU to see a doctor, could be endo or similar.

Ty for replying. ! Literally can't sit down for ages unless I take ibuprofen and paracetamol- hate it.

I get this. Think it's Proctalgia Fugax. Which as it's a muscle spasm I guess they can't do anything about. Pain is unreal though, I screamed out loud in a shop once. Can't walk for 30seconds to a minute and kind of stand on my toes sweating and then it goes.

I get this every month it’s about 7 days before I come on.
It’s horrid, I can’t sit or stand, moving hurts, standing still hurts.
If you’ve not had it before it must have been a shock
