My fit bit has my stride length at 28 inches. I measured heel to heel and it came out at 17 inches. This seems low compared to the average.
Is stride length twice step length? What do fit bits action count as a step.
I just want to know my approximate daily steps.
Does anyone know their length? I do have short legs and a longer body. Gah
