AIBU to be pissed off with OH I've come on here to have a rant. Came to bed early as I was feeling bit rubbish, headache bunged up etc. He came to bed must of been 11.30 or after and he woke me up with his fucking snoring so now I'm wide awake. He does this most nights and I've just had enough now. I've sent him downstairs to sleep on the couch. Sick of being knackered all the time Angry

I feel your pain my dh and i haven't slept in bed together for nearly 2 years apart from holidays. Has he been to the doctors about his snoring and does he know what sort of effect he is having on you?

Be careful this can turn into resentment which is pretty hard to come back from.

My dh is activley trying to do something about his snoring so I dont hate him just yet but the amount of nights I've had to go down to the sofa to wake him and I've been in tears.. tears of anger, sleep deprivation and desperation. It's hard living with this people laugh it off but it's a real problem and has serious effects on mental wellbeing.
