Was I in the wrong?

So I stayed with a guy for a week and we've fallen out

So his dishwasher zaps you like an electric shock and it's sore so I refused to use it but I said I'd hand wash the dishes he said no can't get the sponge dirty and just leave it. So I cleaned the dishes with water and my hands ready for the dish washer. I also in the shower stopped putting down the ringing wet bath towel because it smelt of damp and used the towel I had used to dry up the water since it was going in the wash anyway.

Any mess we both made also had to be done by me so I after I had done it a few times I refused.

He's known me for leaving stuff about in my own house and not being the tidiest. In no means disgusting or un tidy just a little messy and leave a glass here and there or a plate until the next morning so it's like I'm the scape goat for the tiny mess we both made.

Was this wrong of me?

I’m confused. (About who is messy or isn’t) but more confused about why on Earth you would waste any brain space worrying about this? You aren’t compatible. Move on. Don’t be some mans skivvy.

Why on earth were you staying with this ‘guy’?

What is your relationship with him?

I feel like a lot more context is needed....

He's annoyed with you for doing the dishes and wetting a dish towel?? What?

gimmeadoughnut123 · 09/01/2019 19:35

Also why tf wouldn't he let you use a sponge
