45 minutes to an hour (making breakfast, getting them to eat it, toilet, teeth, get clothes out, get them dressed, make packed lunch, check preschool bags, shoes and coats).

I only have one (3 year old) depending on what mood she is in can be 10 minutes, can be an hour! We have to leave just before 9 for pre-school so I start the getting dressed process about 8am just in case she decides she's not playing ball!
Today she was good and was dressed super quick, so she got to watch tv for a bit before we left!

I don't have 2 preschoolers as such but 1 x preschooler + 2x under-1

About an hourish

Me up at 6ish, shower and get ready

Wake babies around 6.30, dress in previously laid out clothes, bottle each

Get DD1 up around 7/ 7.10, this is more of a challenge depending on mood but usually can get her up, wee, brush teeth, clothes by 7.35 or so

Faff around packing babies into buggy, doing DD1 hair, telling her yes she has.to wear gloves etc

Normally out door by 750/755

They have breakfast at nursery thank sweet baby Jesus

I have no idea why it took from 645 to 830, but it just did! Uniforms were ready. Bag was ready. Did packed lunch whilst they ate breakfast. In between looking at poos and wees, I got them dressed. They were being good too. Breakfast seems to take ages though. I don't understand why I'm so shite at getting them ready and am dreading years of this!! How can it take so bloody long? I hadn't showered or even had a cuppa during that time.

I always had a rule that we didnt come downstairs on school days unless fully dressed, then breakfast and out.

Their uniforms will get dirty though and I'd have to change them! Might implement that when they're a bit older though
