I thought, when this happened at Gatwick, that it was said Heathrow had anti-drone technology in place?

At Heathrow with 3dc atm...supposed to be flying home to ME later this evening

There are no drones. There are however, probably some quite draconian and far reaching restrictive laws in the pipeline that won't get much approval unless the majority of the public are pissed off about whatever is holding ing up their flights.

Nothing has been said - but we were about to bag drop & when I asked the nice lady if we should carry on, she advised hanging on a bit...

It’s a bit of a coincidence with them starting a bit consultation on more flight over London.
