After a two years I have finally managed to get my child maintenance appeal to Tribunal this week. It is the directions hearing. The father of my 2 year old daughter has been paying £11 a week child maintenance since she was born. He's got a limited company and claims to earn £190 a week gross. However, his outgoings are more in the region of £4000 a month. I have a set of his accounts from Companies House and also lots of evidence of lavish foreign holidays, the Mercedes SUV he drives plus the fact he pays £1650 in rent a month. I am being represented. Is it likely to go to a proper hearing? Does anyone on here have any positive stories about CMS tribunals that they can share?
