Or is the amount of plastic that comes with online shopping excessive?

I've started doing a weekly grocery shopping with Morrisons. I'm very happy with it generally but the amount of plastic and other packaging that comes with it is making me feel very uneasy e.g. plastic punnets of fruit wrapped in further plastic.
Is this the same with all the other supermarkets too? I'd consider changing to a competitor if they used less plastic so please let me know if you think another supermarket could be more environmentally friendly in this respect.
Don't have time at the moment to do offline grocery shop or shop in independent stores unfortunately.

I have a Sainsburys shop and always choose the without bags option. Even so the frozen is always in a bag, newspaper usually has one to itself. Raw meat will have one. Toilet cleaner and Landry products also usually have one. I usually use them as bin liners.
