Just that. She’s fine in herself, if a bit quiet, and says she wants to go.
The temperature is down from 39.5 with calpol.

If she wants to go of course you should take her. Never say no to your child; their happiness trumps everybody else. If she has vomitted or shat herself just carry on as usual as other people will catch it eventually anyway. If she shats the pool there is a machine to suck it out so no worries about spoiling everyone elses lesson; refunds are available too. Have a lovely day Hmm

No. You're an idiot. But I bet you have taken her anyway.

It isn't good for your child and is unfair on others using the pool.

Swimming is one activity I used to risk with my son despite him being immunocompromised, because it helps his lungs. He was getting sick so regularly though that I had to stop it. So cheers to people like you op.

There HAS to be more to this.
OP?

OP, I'm guessing you won't be back, but in case you do check this thread, you should have your GP check out why your DD's temperature is running constantly high (assuming your thermometer is accurate). This could be due to some serious health complaints, so best to get it checked out.

Slightly puzzled as to why you were taking her temperature? What prompted that? Because whatever it was will be the reason you shouldn't take her swimming.

Good point!

Thanks for considering other people’s children 🙄
