To report this to the police or not?

I'm going through a very difficult time with my daughters father which I have documented on here with various posts. It has resulted in him making numerous malicious reports to the police and social services regarding myself.

The latest one, I got a call from a social worker yesterday who recieved a referral from a well-being worker who my ex had been to see. He has shown this worker fake text messages allegedly from myself where I have threatened to harm myself and my daughter. The number these were sent from is not my number and it is clear that he has purchased a fake number to send these to himself.

We are due back in family court next month for our FHDRA. He has also made a malicious application for a non-mol against me based again on a statement filled with lies of physical, financial, emotional and psychological abuse. At court, the judge told him he needed to submit something more specific as his statement was too vague with no evidence. Unsurprisingly he hasn't submitted this yet even though it was due on the 10th December.

Anyway, would it be seen as unreasonable if I report these supposed texts to the police as harassment?

Of course you should report it. You need to have every single one of his fake accusations documented. It's time to fight fire with fire.

They haven’t been sent to you - but in behalf of you

Can you contact your phone supplier and ask them to print out all the text from your number to his is the last couple of years

Not sure how this works but I know the police can access the records
