Had our DLA tribunal yesterday and it was awful. Judge tried to get us to adjourn as they couldn’t play a video we’d sent if our little girl even though we sent it on a cd as required. They said they lacked the facilities so how was an adjournment going to help? And who would adjourn after a year waiting ?
They appeared to have read none of the evidence we sent to the point where we had to read it out to them.
To top it off they said they would post the decision.
We’re just incredibly deflated. Has anyone else had an experience like this.
