One of the mumsnet posters has made it onto Quora! They were discussing the topic posted by zebra1304 asking how hard it was to have children. Makes you think twice about posting anything as anyone can come along as use your posts without so much as a by your leave!

MN is hardly a little private forum of close friends is it... I’m not sure what the problem is.

Of course anyone can use your posts! It's a public forum, a really popular and well known one. Threads and posts will be all over the Internet. Once you've posted something it's out there and no longer under your control.

Don’t have a problem Oakenbeach, and am well aware of what kind of forum it is. I just thought it off to find someone’s post had been lifted straight off. I do know that once out there, it’s out there. But why not, I suppose, fair game for all.
