AIBU to expect Kleenex Balsam to not make my nose sore?

Been using Kleenex balasm for years due to hayfever and many colds. However this year I have a sore nose, I only ever had a sore nose before from using other tissues. The Balsam tissues also don't feel as soft and seem thiner. AIBU to expect Kleenex to keep the same quality as previous years and up the price rather than make them rubbish?

I’ve got a sore nose too. I assumed it was the occasional ‘other’ tissues i’d Been using. Agree Kleenex balsam isn’t what it used to be

How annoying! I've bought them specially in the past when I've been using a lot of tissues and hence destroying my nose.

That's not good. I buy the Kleenex specifically as they don't make my nose sore. Cheaper ones just aren't as good. If they have cut back on their formula and it isn't as good then I won't buy them anymore. I'll only pay more for the brands if they are significantly better.

They're better than the normal ones but it's good to put loads of Vaseline on your poor nose as well, especially at night

Yes definitely thinner although the ones in the pocket packs still seem to be good and thick.
