Saw a woman today while I walked to the shop, parked on one of the roads leading into the retail park, opposite a junction and lots of parking spaces, talking on her phone, car still running, holding up loads of people trying to get in and ignoring the horns beeping at her. How many laws broken is that?! 
She did also pull further forward at one point, still on her phone, just to get properly in front of the junction.
