I got posted a health questionnaire in December and filled it out and sent it back (deadline 8th Jan). Yesterday I get a letter in the post stating they haven't received it and to make sure it's sent. I contacted UC via the My Journal thing and they gave me a number to ring.
Explained to him and asked if they could extend the deadline as by the time I get a second form sent out, filled in and sent back, I'll miss the deadline.
He says that it's not showing as received yet on the system, but that I am showing as exempt from the deadline.
What does this mean? He just said that some illnesses are exempt from the deadline. 
He said to ring back next week just to check that it's on the system.
Why are they sending this to me if I'm exempt. Or is it just the deadline I'm exempt from?
Anyone know much about these things?
