Putting this here for traffic. Don't want to say too much as don't want to be identified.

Without a long back story and lots of detail, is it possible to say whether the courts are likely to force a child of 11 to see their father, when the child doesn't want to, nor does the much older sibling?

Maybe it's not that simple to answer as it depends on too much, but thought I'd ask.

Thank you!

Its variable but I was told, whilst at family court, as a rough guide from 12 the childs opinion would be very much taken into consideration if there was no aggravating factors.
