Colleague 1...worked together over a decade in different places.We went through.a.rough patch a few months back but now all good.
Colleague 2....I posted on MN.when she shouted at me and generally was late most days and quick to leave resulting in a situation that potentially could have had consequences for me.Basically she didn't do what I asked.
Her probation has been extended.Our line manager is going so we.need her TbH.
Last night college 1 asked 2 to do something.She refused he lost his cool she lost here and a battle of wills broke out.This isn't the first time.By admission they both have tempers and are youngish.
This would be bad enough but I know they had been drinking all night together so tiredness was part of the issue
I find it hard that colleague 1 is my boss.I.told them both not to socialise.as.it is difficult to be someone s boss and friend too.
AIB U to.tell them to grow up next time they both flare up and me and the other colleagues are subject.to their rows?
This situation will worsen.when the boss leaves and more hours are put upon us.
