I'm a serial dieter, morbidly obese and have some serious emotional issues with food, as well as being a disabled wheelchair user and suffering with diagnosed PTSD and GAD.
I need to lose weight - I don't move around, I eat crap and I'm really fat. However I've joined Slimming World about 7 times in the past and I just can't do it. A combination of appalling meetings, no motivation and not being able to cook the food because I'm always too ill or bed-ridden.
I've come across RebelFit on Facebook today, which sounds like it could be good. Their kickstarter January package sounds like it would suit me but there isn't a great deal of information about what is expected and what you'd eat, which doesn't help me as a disabled person. It's also THIRTY NINE pounds a month, so double the cost of Slimming World and again, as a disabled person I'm absolutely brassic.
Am I right in thinking this is just another unsustainable slimming scam, despite the protests that it is different to the others? Has anyone done it and had any success?
I'm just so fed up of being fat, but I really can't stick at dieting and believe me I've tried.
