Lack of girl toys

I mean literally!.

Bought DS a PJ Masks set of figures, 2boy heroes, 1 girl hero, two boy villains, no girl villain. There is meant to be one. Looked in other sets and you can buy her but not alongside the boy villains.

Paw Patrol clothes for boys don't have Skye or Everest.

I can't find Destiny from Finding Dory but can buy Hank and Bailey, although that might be a stock issue as they're heavily reduced.

Haven't tried buying Go Jetters so no idea.

And the ratio of male :female is always at least 2:3

(1:3 in PJM, 2:4 in PP, 1:4 GJ)

Aibu to think its ridiculous and fuelled by the kind of people who wouldn't let a boy play with a doll or push a pushchair??

I share the same frustration with paw patrol.
Skye is the coolest dog (because she can fly!) but she is nowhere to be found on boys clothing.

It's always been tbis way. I remember going round the shops looking for the pink power ranger but no one sold her at all.

DS likes the girls the best too. Skye, Owlette, Xuli. At least with Power Puff Girls and MY little Pony they can't leave one out!!

Would anyone actually not buy their boys clothes with the girls on?? Or would discourage their kids from playing with the girl figures??
