To ask whether you were one of the 1000+ women that slept with Mick Hucknall?

I’m watching TOTP 1986 and Simply Red were just on. I was thinking about Mick Hucknall’s claim that he slept with 1000+ women and thought that if that’s true, it’s likely that some of you are on here.
So go on then, did any of you sleep with Mick Hucknall?

I've been in a lift with Mick Hucknall, in a hotel in New York, but he didn't try to shag me. Just as well since there was a lift operator, and also my bf (at the time) in there with us.

Actually we didn't realise it was him even though the lift man barked 'ARE YOU MICK?' and he said 'yes'. The penny dropped about an hour later.

I think he was quite attractive in his youth; definitely had something about him. And he's always been quite charming and interesting, in a champagne socialist kind of way, whenever I've seen him interviewed.

Looking at his recent photos, he's had some ill advised work done. And red haired people tend not to age well.

I'm a ginger myself though, so no anti ginger prejudice here.

The Martine McCutcheon one was true! There was a picture of them both in the back of a car when she was either being sick on him or just had been sick on him. His dreads disappeared really soon after IIRC. I think he was irritated by it because it didn’t fit his ‘Mr Lover Lover’ image to have him known for picking up girls who were worse for wear.

Combination of this thread and this article: www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-46279158 has given me the giggles. Imagining MH putting his finger to his lips and raising his eyebrows whenever anyone tries to converse with him in daylight hours. I haven’t even started on the gin yet.
