Following on from another post about fitness dvds people who do these do you live in Detached huge houses? My neighbours would bang on the wall at me if I started jumping around to a fitness dvd in my living room. They bang on the wall at us many times. 1 time a Saturday afternoon my dad came over to do some diy for me and they banged on the wall at us they banged on the wall at us putting our Christmas tree up my mum and dad had got everything out the loft for me and my mum put the Christmas musical carousel on I banged back he started shouting and swearing I shouted back at him and he phoned the police. No matter what the time (day time) me bouncing around to a keep fit dvd- he'd bang on the wall at me. I wish I lived in a huge house no thin walls.

Unless you live in an upstairs flat I struggle to see how doing a fitness dvd could make that much noise?

So i usually go for a walk - other option go to the gym but no fitness dvds to avoid neighbours banging on wall. Or can I do a keep fit dvd if I want to and ignore my neighbours?

Our walls are very thin and I think I might sound like an elephant jumping around
