That sucks OP. Since you've travelled with him to his family I assume you're in a LTR. Any kids? Was it said in the heat of the moment or a calm discussion? Can you get back on your own without him.

It depends if neither of you have said it before and this is the first time you've talked about it then it might be totally appropriate that he doesn't feel that way yet an should be able to be honest about that.

If you're saying he doesn't love you anymore then that's different and It sounds very unfair to do that to you while your stuck at his family!

How unfair to do that, time and place and all that!! He could have waited until you were home . Hope your ok OP
