First night me and my DS (4yo) staying over in bfs house...he also has a DS (9yo) they are staying in his room in a double bed. Is this ok? Should I just sleep in with my DS arghhhh am I being an over anxious mum of one

Depends whether they get on or if 4 yr old is going to be ok in a new place overnight.

I don't see why it would be a problem if the boys get on well. No way would my kid share with an older child they didnt know so i suppose the test is whether your DS is comfortable.

I would not allow that at all. It’s not unheard of for children that age to hurt/take advantage of other children.

They have met three times and get on really well but I just worry a lot

No, a 4 year old is too young to risk assess for themselves, most can’t even wipe their own arses but you suggest following their lead on such important matters? And “bring them closer”? We don’t even know how long the op has been with her bf.
