I am taking a dessert to my mum's tomorrow so I choose the easiest failsafe chocolate and salted caramel tart which I I've made loads of times before. The pastry stuck to the paper when I blind baked it and it has a big hole in the middle!
Also, my period has arrived unexpectedly after 4 years of absence. Cue me scrambling around for sanpro.
Finally, I have a terrible coughs and now my ribs are very sore. Anyone else equally unlucky?
