A mermaid! My dd was born without a nerve on one side of her face & has a lop-sided smile, so I made the doll to match.

To the poster who suggested my dd may be able to get some kind of 'needling' done to 'correct her smile, she wouldn't want that. She shocked me the other day saying her side-smile is now so embedded as part of her quirky character she'd be devastated to lose it - it makes her unique & special. And if it was miraculously cured over night she said she'd see a surgeon to get the nerve cut again! Her smile has become her identity. She's super positive about it. I'm so happy for her. She has a beautiful heart.
