A mermaid! My dd was born without a nerve on one side of her face & has a lop-sided smile, so I made the doll to match.

She’s gorgeous! Aren’t you clever?! Your daughter’s a lucky girl not just for the lovely dolly but for having such a thoughtful mummy

As an aside and I know it's not that import but I do hope your daughter can have something done - like transtympanic needling of the facial nerve - when she gets older. It's amazing what can be done nowadays and in a few years there will be more.
