I would have bucks fizz followed by Pina coladas but we have to drive and visit.

So, we are having m&s blini's, soft whipped cheese, smoked salmon, caviar and prawns.

What's on your menu?

An oven bake of baby potatoes, onions, mushrooms and little vine tomatoes tossed in olive oil, with some nice pieces of bacon added a few minutes before it’s served, with some scrambled eggs on the side.
It’s lovely.

We don’t have a Christmas lunch though as we celebrate on Christmas Eve.

Two cups of tea and one of coffee. And DD gave me one of her choccies. I couldn't contemplate breakfast - especially not a really nice one - before Xmas lunch at 1pm. I guess if you have Xmas dinner later in the day then it would be nice to have smoked salmon or eggs or whatever.

And 'dinner' will just be help yourself cheese and biscuits, salad or whatever.

@B1t2Indy you've just reminded me to get saltfish for nye, we don't just eat it for breakfast, we eat it any time and one year I was making vol-au-vents and I put ackee & saltfish in some and OMG they were delicious. I'm going to make a big batch for nye. Try it!
