Had our Christmas food shop delivered and keep peeking into the fridge with joy.

Can I see the insides of your fridges? Grin

Mine is almost empty so I'll take a picture tomorrow afternoon once we've been shopping likes to live life on the edge Grin

Wahhhh 😭 I'm so jealous of all your fridges! I haven't been in the fridge in weeks because it makes me throw up, so I'm praying DH and the kids have sorted enough nice Christmas food. Definitely no champagne for me though :(

Greycat11 · 23/12/2018 12:16

Great thread. Still need to get some bits like the turkey and veg, but making good progress.

Mine is filled with beautiful things and beautiful cheese that I probably won’t be able to enjoy because every time I eat I get stomach pains like I’m being knifed. I’m absolutely gutted ☹️

I have re-joined MN, just to say ‘thank you’ and ‘enjoy.’ A very strangely satisfying thread

Kemer2018 · 23/12/2018 18:07

I'm so disappointed. 100 spent and my fridge isn't even full ☹☹🙄🙄🙄
I normally spebd about 45 a week...so thought I'd spend more for Xmas.
I feel empty.
I'd already got turkey crown and beef joint.

I'm on a diet there's barely anything in the fridge but no visitors just me :)

May I congratulate you on some expert fridge stacking? Very impressive.

Mine is not nearly so neat and organised Blush

Madbengalmum · 23/12/2018 18:10

Here's one side of mine! And one of the cheese corners the other side! I can never ever fill my fridge, i can stand in it, useful in summer!😂🤣

My fridge is far too full/messy to share publicly! Full of cheese/pate/fizz/pibs etc. All rammed in. Turkey collection is tomorrow.
Very impressed by the organised fridges here!

Crunchymum · 23/12/2018 18:22

Still have to defrost the pork and sausages and the booze is elsewhere!!

My fridge doesn't look much different.
Mum died recently and I'm not feeling Christmas this year - haven't even put any decorations up.

I do have plenty of wine, prosecco, mixers and spirits though Xmas Smile
Lots of chocolate, cake, crisps, sweets, savoury snacks and plenty of treats for DD.
DGM is hosting for Christmas dinner and Boxing Day will be a nice buffet with freezer snacks, cheeses, sausage rolls and the like.

Lovely fridges though ladies! Merry Christmas Wine

Ivegotthree · 23/12/2018 18:27

Love this thread.

Impressed that the OP is planning to drink three bottles of champagne herself!

We're not hosting so my fridge is lovely and empty as we're off tomorrow.

My MIL's fridge will be mental - she has two fridges and two freezers. Then we'll drive home with all the leftovers.

My dream is a chest freezer but in our London house that ain't happening.

WeirdAl17 · 23/12/2018 18:28

Can’t wait to tuck into the contents of my fridge.

Just been to Aldi and I'm afraid to open mine in case I can't shut it again. Fortunately I've made soup for tea Grin. The turkey and prosecco have been relegated to the overflow fridge in the garage.

Currently savouring that "Aaaah" moment when everything has been bought that needs to be bought and all preparations are under control. I'm so chill I didn't even shout at DH when he just accidentally poured a couple of litres of ham stock down the sink.
