Had our Christmas food shop delivered and keep peeking into the fridge with joy.

Can I see the insides of your fridges? Grin

These fridges are amazing ladies!

brizzledrizzle · 23/12/2018 08:29

you all have such neat fridges! Mine looks like somebody has been playing tetris in it.

BootCampSucker · 23/12/2018 08:31

BootCampSucker · 23/12/2018 08:32

Mine is full and messy and I had to squeeze loads into the freezer yesterday! I do have 4 packs of savoury eggs in there Grin I can’t eat them though as I’m gluten free Sad first photo is today, next one is last week when it was neater! Stays full for 2 days then Dh, DS (19) and DD (9) raid it....

Oh and we have at least 3 different tubs of butter/marg! DD is dairy free, I’m gluten free so can’t have any crumbs in the spread and DH/DS won’t touch the dairy free stuff Confused

idontknowwhattosay · 23/12/2018 08:36

A copas turkey bootcamp very nice!!

cheesenpickles · 23/12/2018 08:37

@gettingbacktoresearch yours is so full there's no light! Grin

I still have to get the turkey, gammon, sausage meat and pigs in blankets.

My fridge is usually a state and very grubby, but I always clear and clean it pre-Christmas.

Mine is so full you can't see what's in it... I did not feel like Christmas this year. My boyfriend died 3 weeks ago. Then I hauled my shit together because my DC's are small and he would have been so angry with me for ruining their christmas. So I invited my entire family and my ex sil and her family. And went a bit over board on shopping. I have gone from nothing to even the space on the top of cupboards being too full and 80 odd gifts under the tree.

I hope he would be pleased with me.

crispysausagerolls · 23/12/2018 08:41

BooksAreMyOnlyFriends · 23/12/2018 08:43

cheesenpickles · 23/12/2018 08:44

I'm sure he would want you to have a lovely time and inviting your family is a brilliant thing to.

Herja I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sure he would have been extremely proud of you Flowers

Villanellesproudmum · 23/12/2018 08:46

I’m away at the moment but I’m very strange about having meat at the bottom working to veg at the top (unless enclosed veg drawers), come from being drilled into us at school as the way to do it.

BooksAreMyOnlyFriends · 23/12/2018 08:46

I'm trying not to go nuts this year. Our fridge is pretty normal apart from lots of cheese and cider. We have 2 stores within 10 minutes walk that are both open on boxing day so I figure I'll escape go out and buy bread and milk etc if we need it.

MakeTeaNotWar · 23/12/2018 08:47

Here's mine - went to the supermarket yesterday so it's full to the brim.

We're hosting - 5 adults, 5 kids. MIL drinks tea by the bucket, hence all the milk. My freezer is just as full.

Meat is coming tomorrow - no idea where I'm going to put it!!

This thread is brilliant. Loving ‘All the Cheese Jenga’ going on. The three bottles of Krug plus teething ring is exactly why I love MN.

MakeTeaNotWar · 23/12/2018 08:48

@Herja I'm so sorry Thanks

Theunreasonableone · 23/12/2018 08:49

I’m going to be honest; my fridge is brand new hence it’s beautiful state. I wouldn’t have dared post a picture of the old disaster Blush Grin

BooksAreMyOnlyFriends · 23/12/2018 08:51

MakeTea I know where to come if we run out of milk Xmas Grin

Theunreasonableone · 23/12/2018 08:51

Herja I’m so sorry. Sending you prayers and comfort and hoping that you and your DC have as good a day as possible Flowers

cheesenpickles · 23/12/2018 08:54

@MakeTeaNotWar that's a thing of beauty but I've gotta ask. Tin of beans in the fridge?
