To expect chopped swede?

I tend to cut my own veg normally and not buy pre prepared. HOWEVER, swede is such a bugger to cut. I can never see it pre chopped anywhere these days. Or it's mixed with carrot - which I do not want!!!

This is a real issue.

I think the worstest vegetable ever (from the peeling & chopping perspective) is celeriac. The work of the devil.
Swedes are absolutely flavourless to me. They make properly scary jack-o-lantherns though!

Singing swede. Google it. I'll never chop another.

Use a chip cutter. The ones that make crinkly chips. Easier to use than a knife

Chester - A swede is NOT a turnip. Turnips taste hideous - swedes are lovely. Swedes are actually related to cabbage (apparently). Not turnips.

A swede is a cabbage turnip cross I have now discovered.

Morrison's sell it on its own pre-chopped
