I posted yesterday about daughters dad who has never ever lived with me taking out what now seems to be mutiple credit cards and loans in my address ( I claim benefits as daughter has a life limited disease )
This could of really screwed me up aswell as just wrong

not paying
Not turning up when supposed to
After not seeing her for 6 months, cancelling the weekend he promised because of work but turned out he was actually on a lads holiday
- not turning up for open heart surgery

Anyway I had messaged him for him to explain to me as to what was going on and why he has done the the cards and loans
His reply was so blizzard
“ we haven’t been paid and I’m fuming I’m now over drawn and paying bank charges, bur got friends helping me out now so any MORE cards that arrive cancel them ..sorry

I explained that I would need to go down fraud route and he needs to ring around and tell them he used my address and doesn’t live here.
He replied with well you can just ring them and tell them I don’t.
He is due down for daughters birthday early January and he can’t have her unattended he hasn’t contributed to any of it and has now risked her money !
I just don’t feel like I can have him in the house.
Daughters turning 5 she has met him a max of 8-10 times, likes him when his here but never asks for him in between or mentions him.
