A boring Thread I know lol but has anyone else noticed a change in their teabags?
The last couple of boxes we've had, the teabags keep splitting in the mug so having to be extra gentle with them..
Also I think they taste different(not for the better). My partner hasn't noticed a change in taste though so that one may just be me.

I haven't noticed a change in taste and I drink PG pretty constantly but I have noticed the bags are more flimsy.

I don't use PG tips but I can guess why this will be:

Ahh yes that would explain it, although I've only noticed it in the last couple of boxes.
I can't blame them for trying to be more eco friendly, maybe I'll invest in a tea strainer 😅

They definately taste different now. My friend brought this up recently and i thought it was just me up till then.

Yorkshire Tea is having the same problem unfortunately, eco friendly but fragile.

Presumably we have got used to treating them as roughly as we like and we can no longer do this.

Yes. We emailed PG Tips to complain. At least a third of the box split in the mug. They sent us some vouchers.

Validation!!! I'm so glad it's not just me!
A small consolation as I drink my lumpy tea 🤢
