I have endometriosis have done for a long time have had surgery and tried loads of different meds. I’ve now been on the depo shot for 3 months now but it’s giving me constant light period with no break. recently I’ve had some extreme ovary pain waiting for a scan the pain is so bad right now and I’m bleeding so heavily lots of clots and filling pads up instantly

If you're bleeding that heavily that you're filling pads instantly, you need to seek urgent medical attention. Best of luck, OP.

Get to hospital x

Paddington23 · 21/12/2018 13:39

It’s not quite instantly but definitely every hour to hour and a half

Hospital! There have been a number of threads on here where women were bleeding very heavily, and it's certainly a hospital job. Don't mess around!

Would a Mirena coil help?

Paddington23 · 21/12/2018 14:12

The doctor wouldn’t recommend me one because of my age they recommend the injection plus’s I also get pain with sex and anything inside me so not sure how it would work

It stopped so didn’t go to a and had a family party today and it started again got killer period pains but I’m used to it. I’m in pain everyday feels bad at the moment but that’s normal for me. I take codine every day and it dosnt help but I’m going through stuff with doctor and private doctor. So nothing more they can do at the moment until I’ve had my scan
