to be sad nobody says 'aww' at my DS anymore?

My DS is 7 months old and it's come to a point where nobody stops and says 'aww' when they see him anymore.

This isn't an issue and I'm simply venting my thoughts, but it is a little sad and I'm feeling a bit down that his tiny baby days are over.

I love him so much, but I miss it already.

Normal that I feel like this? Or no...

People still say it to my 2 year old! Don’t worry they won’t be over yet!

Look around at all the big hairy sweatly smelly farting belching oafs of men that you come across every day in the street, married to your friends, where you work, everywhere.

Everyone of those men was once a little cute baby that people "awwed" over.

You knew this day would come.

He will hit that lovely chubby toddler age soon, lots of awws to come then.

I adored the baby age but having older children comes with its pros too Smile

Someone said it to my 11yo not very long ago. He was unimpressed.Grin

I thought he would be much older from the title. Children get less cute after the toddler stage. You still have plenty of time to enjoy your cute baby.

My 2yo is a magnet for compliments, we cannot go anywhere without people saying how cute/handsome/beautiful he is. Anything he wears, holds, does is called cute. I have literally had people tell me he makes them want a baby and for some strange reason people give him money all of the time Blush

I think he is the tazmanian devil in the body of the angel Gabrielle.

How do I put this. People don't really go awwww over babies, unless its a furry kind or a baby spider, of course.Wink Or unless they're your own. When I say your own I don't just mean your kids I mean your grandchildren nieces and nephews. A complete stranger probably isnt going to take a blind bit of notice of a random baby.
